2. What we process and why
Visiting the website
When you open beat-beat.com, our hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver the page and protect it from abuse: IP address, date and time of the request, the requested address, browser type and similar server log data. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Visit statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not store data on your device and does not build profiles of individual visitors; it reports aggregated numbers only. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Fonts
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd). To deliver the fonts, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a consistent and readable presentation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contacting us and demo requests
If you write to us, for example through “Book a Demo”, we process the data you send: usually your name, e-mail address, company, position, phone number and the content of your message. We use them to reply, arrange a demo and prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and developing business relations (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). When you use the form at beat-beat.com/book-demo/ we also receive the production details you choose to give (products, cycle time, shifts and similar) and record the time of sending and your IP address to protect the form from abuse and to document consents.
Marketing
To send the demo form you agree to be contacted by e-mail and phone about your request, including commercial information and an offer related to the demo. If you also tick the optional consents, we send you commercial information about BEAT by e-mail and/or contact you by phone for marketing purposes. Consents are separate for each channel and you can withdraw them at any time by writing to privacy@beat-beat.com or using the unsubscribe link; withdrawal does not affect earlier processing. We keep a record of each consent (wording, version, date and IP address) to be able to prove it. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024).
Customer login
Customers sign in at beat-beat.com/login/ with credentials we provide. The customer workspace is stored encrypted and is decrypted in your browser only with the correct login and password; we do not store passwords on the website. While you are signed in, your browser keeps a session key in its session storage, which is deleted when you close the tab. When a workspace is connected to the BEAT server, the server processes your login, role, session data and the production data of your company. This processing is governed by the agreement with your employer, including a data processing agreement where required. Legal basis: performance of the agreement with our customer and our legitimate interest in securing access to the service (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Data stored on your device
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The BEAT demo and customer applications store technical settings in your browser (for example the selected production line or a collapsed menu) only to provide the function you are using.

2. Jakie dane przetwarzamy i w jakim celu
Odwiedziny strony
Przy otwarciu beat-beat.com dostawca hostingu przetwarza dane techniczne potrzebne do wyświetlenia strony i ochrony przed nadużyciami: adres IP, datę i godzinę zapytania, adres strony, typ przeglądarki i podobne dane z logów serwera. Podstawa: nasz prawnie uzasadniony interes w bezpiecznym działaniu serwisu (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).
Statystyki odwiedzin
Podstawa: nasz prawnie uzasadniony interes w poznaniu sposobu korzystania z serwisu (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).
Czcionki
Strona wczytuje czcionki z Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd). Podstawa: nasz prawnie uzasadniony interes w spójnym i czytelnym wyglądzie serwisu (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).
Kontakt i prośby o prezentację
Jeśli do nas napiszesz, na przykład przez „Book a Demo”, przetwarzamy przesłane dane: zwykle imię i nazwisko, adres e-mail, firmę, stanowisko, numer telefonu i treść wiadomości. Wykorzystujemy je, aby odpowiedzieć, umówić prezentację i przygotować ofertę. Podstawa: działania na Twoje żądanie przed zawarciem umowy (art. 6 ust.

6 ust. 1 lit. b i f RODO).
Dane zapisywane na urządzeniu
Serwis nie używa reklamowych ani śledzących plików cookies. Demo BEAT i aplikacje klientów zapisują w przeglądarce ustawienia techniczne (np. wybraną linię produkcyjną lub zwinięte menu) wyłącznie w celu działania funkcji, z której korzystasz.

4. Przekazywanie danych poza EOG
