1. Operator
The website beat-beat.com is operated by EPIC SERVICE spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Józefa Wieczorka 60/11, 43-190 Mikołów, Poland, KRS 0001123645, NIP 6351872183, REGON 529469871 (“EPIC SERVICE”, “we”). Contact: demo@beat-beat.com.
2. Scope
These terms apply to the public website beat-beat.com, including the product presentation. The use of the BEAT platform by customers, including customer accounts at beat-beat.com/login/, is governed by a separate agreement with EPIC SERVICE. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement prevails.
3. Using the website
- The website is free of charge and available without registration.
- To use it you need a current web browser with JavaScript enabled and an internet connection.
- You may not use the website in a way that disrupts its operation, attempts to gain unauthorised access to systems or data, or breaks the law.
- Customer accounts are personal to the customer and must not be shared with unauthorised persons. Please tell us immediately if you suspect that your login details have been disclosed.
4. Demo and product information
The product screens on the website and the BEAT demo use simulated production data. They show how the platform works and do not describe any real plant or customer. Information on the website is for general information only and is not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. The scope, functions and price of the platform for a specific customer are set in the offer and the agreement.
5. Intellectual property
The BEAT name and logo, the design of the website, texts, graphics, the demo and the software are protected by law and belong to EPIC SERVICE or its licensors. You may view the website and the demo for your own information. Any other use, in particular copying, distribution or modification, requires our prior written consent.
6. Liability
We take care that the website works correctly and that the information on it is accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, up to date or always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from the use of the website or the demo, or from interruptions in their availability. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Complaints and contact

9. Final provisions
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes with entrepreneurs will be resolved by the court competent for the registered office of EPIC SERVICE. We may change these terms; the current version is always available at beat-beat.com/terms/.

2. Zakres
Regulamin dotyczy publicznego serwisu beat-beat.com, w tym prezentacji produktu. Korzystanie z platformy BEAT przez klientów, w tym z kont klientów pod adresem beat-beat.com/login/, reguluje odrębna umowa z EPIC SERVICE. Jeśli umowa stanowi inaczej niż regulamin, pierwszeństwo ma umowa.
3. Korzystanie z serwisu
- Serwis jest bezpłatny i dostępny bez rejestracji.
- Do korzystania potrzebna jest aktualna przeglądarka internetowa z włączoną obsługą JavaScript i dostęp do internetu.
- Nie wolno korzystać z serwisu w sposób zakłócający jego działanie, próbować uzyskać nieuprawnionego dostępu do systemów lub danych ani naruszać prawa.
- Konto klienta jest przeznaczone dla klienta i nie może być udostępniane osobom nieuprawnionym. Prosimy niezwłocznie poinformować nas o podejrzeniu ujawnienia danych logowania.
4. Demo i informacje o produkcie
Ekrany produktu w serwisie i demo BEAT korzystają z symulowanych danych produkcyjnych. Pokazują sposób działania platformy i nie opisują żadnego rzeczywistego zakładu ani klienta. Informacje w serwisie mają charakter ogólny i nie stanowią oferty w rozumieniu Kodeksu cywilnego. Zakres, funkcje i cenę platformy dla konkretnego klienta określają oferta i umowa.
5. Własność intelektualna
Nazwa i logo BEAT, wygląd serwisu, teksty, grafiki, demo i oprogramowanie są chronione prawem i należą do EPIC SERVICE lub jej licencjodawców. Możesz przeglądać serwis i demo w celach informacyjnych. Każde inne wykorzystanie, w szczególności kopiowanie, rozpowszechnianie lub modyfikowanie, wymaga naszej uprzedniej zgody na piśmie.
6. Odpowiedzialność
Dbamy o poprawne działanie serwisu i rzetelność informacji, ale nie gwarantujemy, że są one kompletne, aktualne ani zawsze dostępne. W granicach dopuszczalnych przez prawo nie odpowiadamy za szkody wynikłe z korzystania z serwisu lub demo ani z przerw w ich dostępności. Nie ogranicza to odpowiedzialności, której prawo nie pozwala wyłączyć.
